The 7 week term of Community Learning is almost at an end. These are the cards we got to make.
Week 1 Thoughts and Prayers set. I just love this set and the Bella Rose DS paper. The new Eyelet border punch gives a real lace feel on the white cardstock.
Week 2. Eastern Influence. This rose is great for watercolouring or blending with with your blender pen and inkpads. The Haiku DS Paper also has a great eastern feel.
Week 3. Voila' Cheers and Tart and Tangy, combined nicely to create this fun card. The colours were Green galore and Lovely lilac.
Week 4. Good friend. We had fun with this two-step set, and new supernova glitter.
Week 5. Fresh cuts. Here we got to try our hand at colouring the glosss card with alcohol and reinkers. We also got out our finger daubers to sponge a little colour exactly where we wanted it!
Week 6. All in the family. Everyone got to design there own family with all the cute images you can mix and match from this set. The background clouds are easily sponged using the Scallop circle punched out. The flower trio punch also gave us our fake buttons!
Week 7. Dreams de jour. This is a simple but elegant card with the image directly coloured with markers. It's great now that you can purchase them separately.

Christmas Cards
I made A few different versions of this card using different sets. The bases were Soft Sky, River Rock scollops, Purely pomegranite, and Holiday Harmony paper. The City of David and Crazy for Christmas sets were used in these two.
Criss Cross Card
This is a card I cased off Split-coast Stampers, using the Dashing papers and Season of Joy set. The colours are Real Red, Always Artichoke, River Rock; the Round Tab punch gives you the tab to slide insert out. This is a novelty slide card using the It's BBQ Time set, and Background sampler set. The colours are Close to Cocoa, Mellow Moss, Purely Pomegranite, Always Artichoke. The images are coloured direct with the markers. The double sided paper is Holiday Harmony, and Mellow Moss gingham ribbon.
This fun card uses the Crab and Co. set using markers and blender pens to colour the images. It is best to use watercolour paper to do this so the paper surface doesn't rip. The by the Sea wheel in Bravo burgundy on Close to Cocoa gave our beach and the ocean was punched out half circles and glitter on glue on the top caps
